hockey44 Posted June 22, 2022 Share #1 Posted June 22, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, I am driving all the way up to the Lofoten Islands, Norway from London in a few weeks (where they filmed some of the latest James Bond movie) and I am taking along my Q2 and M240 and Noctilux. I have the Breakthrough Photography ND filter for Q2 but wondering if I should get their CPL filter given the 'midnight sun' and obviously being bright all the time? I don't have any experience with polarizers and wonder if this is a 'must' or just stick with ND (3 stop)? The CPL from Breakthrough just fits within the hood but they I don't think you can rotate so you need to figure out where to set and I assume 'forget'. Any insight how best to capture this special northern light I would be most grateful. I wasn't planning to bring along 35 FLE Lux with M240 as I love the Nocti but is that a 'must'? I figured use the Q2 for the wide shots and Nocti for more closer images. Many thanks Ed
