Stumbled across this book on eBay. Since I recently purchased a NIB R3 MOT, thought that it might give me more information than just the operating manual. The author is German and displays a wide knowledge of the R3 & R3 MOT, providing a wealth of information. I even received a Hove supplement for the R4 MOT.  He touches upon the production of Leitz products in Germany, Canada, and Portugal in 1978. The light metering system of the is explained in some depth and how it differs from the Japanese cameras, again 1978. A lot of data and history of the R system.
