fm13 Posted May 3, 2022 Share #1 Posted May 3, 2022 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I've owned a Q for 2 years now and unfortunately, I had to send it in for repairs several times (system error, viewfinder cracked, system error again) and now, for the 3rd time, I have that "system error" again, showing up once every 10 times I switch it on. My question is: does Leica have a policy for replacing cameras that are being repaired several times for the same issues in such a short time? The thought of sending in the camera for repairs again, just to get it back "fixed" and then possible having the same issue again outside of warranty is quite terrifying. Thanks Edited May 3, 2022 by fm13

Pintpot Posted May 3, 2022 Share #2 Posted May 3, 2022 (edited) Sorry to hear of your problems. Surely your dealer, assuming you bought it through a dealership, should be stepping in there - contacting Leica & asking questions. I hope it gets sorted out properly for you.
