OrlsIs Posted April 18, 2022 Share #1 Posted April 18, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi everyone, I have a Leica Q and use the Leica Fotos app to download JPEG to my mobile. The app connects to camera using the ‘create WLAN’ function and grey thumbnails appear but I can’t see the photos or download them. I have tried removing and adding the camera back, restating the app, redownloading the app, removing battery and SD card from camera etc. any other suggestions? thank you Orla Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Aasa Posted April 23, 2022 Share #2 Posted April 23, 2022 (edited) I have the same problem with the app. The app on IPad or iPhone connects to Q. In the I can only see black thumbnails. No pictures. I can’t download anything. I have done all things Orla above have done to solve the problem. Does anyone have a idea what to do?
