Nice short!

My only critique is that the title/splash graphic is a bit cartoonish, especially give the real sophistication of the other dice graphics and the mood of the other takes.

I really enjoyed it and thought it was super.  SUPER

I’m not a fan of the title text as others said.  That small part feels like a YouTube clickbait snap…

Did you use the SL2-s in the water?

Thank you deonvzl for sharing... I'm sure you are well aware of how good of a piece you have made and far be it for me to add any commentary... ... I just felt the need to address some comments about your choice of title design in the thread... I think it was a perfect choice and so in line with the spirit of the subject matter.. so true to the African aesthetic... I'm so glad to have accidentally bumped into it... the end result, the product arising from all the gear and gismos is all that counts... and you have demonstrated the true value of a forum like this

Wow, great showcase of the SL2s and R lenses when in the right hands (which yours clearly are!). Thanks for sharing.

May I ask which R lenses were used in this film?

21 super angulon, 24 elmarit, 35 elmarit, 50 summicron, 90 summicron

Thank you
D

This thread should be pinned to the top of the forum, as a riposte to those who say (or imply) that video should be removed from Leica cameras, because they can't do it properly. It's the ability of the SL2-S and its lenses* to make such projects and take stunning stills that makes it stand out. Or, to be less brand specific, that demonstrates both the value of hybrid cameras, and Leica's place in it amongst the leaders.

* taking second place to the film maker of course.
