Explained my problem. Very courteously and friendly handling of my issue. Was told to dhl/fedex lens to Solms, and they would take care of it. While we bitch and moan when things go wrong, we should also be ready to to praise Leica when they are prepared to listen and try to help you. That is not only fair, but common courtesy demands it. So from me to Leica CS Solms. Thank you for listening to me and offering to help me get my lens operational.
