Difference Leica Thumb Support 24015 (M10/M11) and 24030 (M11)?

Is there any difference, besides color and M10 compatibility for the 24015 between the official Leica Thumb Supports?

I have a Silver M11 on backorder, would prefer the silver one, unless the 24030 brings additional ergonomic or other improvements?

The silver chrome colour of M11 and M10 are completely identical, hence the same Thumb Support.

As the black color of the M10 models (including M10-P, M10-R and M-10-M versions) are slightly different from the M11 version (which is slightly brighter and has a different texture), Leica decided to offer a dedicated Thumb Support for the black M11. Of course the black M10 Thumb Support fits perfectly into the M11 (I had used a black M10 Thumb Support until my silver version arrived). It's just about aesthetics (and making money with those customers who refrain from using an already available black M10 Thumb Support...;-)
