hjsesq Posted September 8, 2007 Share #1 Posted September 8, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) At times I like to carry my M8 in my right hand through a hand strap while allowing three fingers to rest on the hand grip so that the camera is quickly accessable for use. Currently I have both the hand strap and the shoulder strap attached to the camera and so when using the hand strap alone, the shoulder strap dangles and can get in the way. Does someone know of a secure quick release for the shoulder strap or a method of rigging one up. Thanks Harris

ho_co Posted September 8, 2007 Share #3 Posted September 8, 2007 You might also want to consider the Domke Swivel Straps at Search Results - Tiffen.Com. That page shows the list price of a 6-pack of straps; actual selling price is quite reasonable and available by clicking through the ads on this site. The straps are available in various colors in both 1" and 2" widths. The swivel attachments prevent tangling, and the hooks offer a quick way to remove the over-neck portion. --HC

Venkman Posted September 9, 2007 Share #5 Posted September 9, 2007 The Hook is great - I use it in combo with my shoulder strap, while I have a handstrap constantly attached.
