60MP vs 37MP vs 18MP Raw files

Hello,

Do you know the actual difference between an 18MP or a 37MP Raw upsampled to 60 MP and an actual 60MP Raw file ?

With the advancement of the upsampling algorithms and the capacity we have to sharpen the file, I am wondering if the difference is big and if it would be catch the eye in big prints.

This may have been discussed elsewhere, but I could not find info.
