Attasit Posted January 20, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 20, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I just received my Leica m11 and noticed that if I select Mechanical Shutter mode only (not hybrid), the shutter speed indicator in the viewfinder does not flash if a required shutter speed exceed 1/4000. It simply disply 4000 solid red color. On the m10, if the required shutter speed exceed the capability of the shutter, it will blink or flash with the maximum number. This is when I use A mode on the shutter speed dial setting. Can someone with an m11 check your camera and let me know if this happen on other m11 or just mine? This is strange. When I tried Hybrid mode and the shutter speed go beyond 10,000 for example, the last digit flash, so this is not a problem with flashing led indication. Also when use Manual shutter speed setting, the arrow indicator appears to work correctly so metering is fine. Thanks. Regards, Attasit
