Total replacement under insurance. I flooded a housing with a Nikon F801 inside mny years ago. My insurer wanted proof that it was unrepairable which Nikon obligingly supplied. They did say that it was economic to repair the 60mm macro lens though and did so. And re-repaired it some months later. It was fine after that but when I inspected it closely it did look as though it had a lot of new parts in it. They stopped repairing salt water damaged stuff soon after for some reason.
