Othon A. Leon Posted January 2, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 2, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, any idea of why my camera got frozen (no button worked, the screen did not change at all, and I could not turn in off/on)? The only way I could figure out to solve the problem was to take out the battery and reinsert it. That fixed the problem. Thanks,
Advertisement Posted January 2, 2022 Posted January 2, 2022 Hi Othon A. Leon, Take a look here My new brand D-Lux 7 froze twice today... Why?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Geoff777 Posted January 2, 2022 Share #2 Posted January 2, 2022 Hi Othon, see my post in the "software" thread. Mine's done it too. If yours is still new and under warranty you might want to get the dealer to look at it for repair / replacement.
HpS Posted February 27, 2022 Share #3 Posted February 27, 2022 (edited) Did you by any chance Edit from your computer an image on the camera while it was still hooked to the computer after download perhaps?
