New old classic M6 B+ to A- state

Hello I recently bought an M6 from a local store for a good price, just CLA from the store. The actual state is B+ more or less, with some little bubbles over the top plate and the speed dial numbers a bit faded away. Is it possible to swap only the speed dial with a new one? I asked Leica official repair in Italy and they said that don’t sell only the speed dial and to send the camera to the repair Center for a price between 480€ and 780€ (Excluded VAT)….. creazy for a small metal dial! I saw that there is only a screw on top. Where I can buy only that dial for my camera and swap the part myself? I am based in Italy (I would prefer an European dealer).

The numbers of the speed dial are engraved and filled with paint, you can do the repaint job by yourself with acryl paint, e.g., from Tamiya or Revell, clean, apply , let dry and remove excess paint.
