It tracks camera data of images submitted to the extent it is provided (they say about 2/3ds of all images) and produces some simple graphs. See Flickr: Camera Finder: Leica. Whilst the M8 will never be a mainstream camera and cannot compete with the usage figures for Canons and Nikons, it is interesting nonetheless to see that it is only about holding its own as a percentage of submitted images despite the new product roll-out. I am sure many Canon and Nikon users don't use Flickr, too, but I have no idea if this idea can be extrapolated out to the global camera-using public. There's another reason that the data might not be available. The page you show says the information comes from automatic detection of the camera information. But usually I'll use Photoshop's 'Save for Web' function to delete the EXIF data that I assume Flickr uses for their determination. Mat is right that Leica users may not be big users of Flickr, or possibly of any other online posting source.
