I have a 'new to me' Leica SL2-S and loving it.  Currently, I am mostly shooting M-mount glass.  Among my learnings is that the camera can have up to a 30 minute exposure time (mechanical shutter only).  So, I wanted to play with long exposure.  I mounted a Lee Sevin5 15-stop ND onto a Zeiss Distagon 35/1.4 ZM.  Following a 120 second exposure the resulting image has a weird reflection only in the lower right of the image.  I tried with another lens, the Voigtlander Nokton 35/1.2 v.2.  Using the same exposure setting the resulting image had the same reflection but much less pronounced.  Lastly, I took the Zeiss Distagon and mounted to my Sony A1.  On the Sony, there are no such reflections.  This is making me think it's the SL2-S but why and how can I fix this?
