Just place my order on Amazon Allan for the two books, I know my wife will  love them and as well as I. I passed many times on my way heading   back east but never stopped, always in too much of a hurry, the story of my life, my wife will  confirm that.

Outstanding, I know those books will serve you well especially the time-of-day recommendations. I planned our trip a month or two in advance, I planned maybe two activities per day (except for The Narrows, that was an all-day event), that worked well for the most part. One thing about park visits, they force you to slow down, especially if photography is a primary goal... have fun!
