“Camera” is a loan-word in German (from the Latin for chamber), so keeping the “c” is standard usage.  See here, halfway down the page, under the section “Foreign words”:

An interesting and related question is the dual spelling of Barnack’s first name:  usually “Oscar”, but “Oskar” on his grave in Wetzlar.

Having been reminded by a photo, I was wrong about the grave.  It is the memorial in front of the factory that has “Oskar.”

William, what is the name of the book?

No 105. It is published by the Ernst Leitz Museum and only seems to be available there. We were all given the version in German with the 'goody bag' which we received at the opening, but Leitz Auction gave me the English version at dinner the night before the opening. It has about 40 pages. I also got a book of highlights of their forthcoming auction. I will be writing articles about the museum and the auction for Macfilos. I have already done a Zoom presentation this morning for PCCGB showing photos of some of the contents of the new museum. I will link the Macfilos material here of course.
