Error message when Installing Leica LAS X (version 5.0.2.24429)

I work for a help desk and have a user who has requested to have microscope M205c and the required software installed. I was able to get the software installed but once I try to open the software, the error messages you see below pop up at almost every instance of using it. Everything I try to do is returning a pop up about an invalid hash which may be a security risk, or errors about not being able to reach files in folders. Has anyone seen these issues before and were able to successfully resolve them? I have been searching google for 2 weeks now trying to find an answer and I am lost. I have not dealt with this software in anyway before. I did reach out to the company and I did not hear anything back.

This is the Leica Camera forum. Leica Microscopes are not built bei Leica Camera but by Leica Microsystems, an entirely different manufacturer. You'd better look where there are users of your microscope.
