Error message when Installing Leica LAS X (version 5.0.2.24429)

I work for a help desk and have a user who has requested to have microscope M205c and the required software installed. I was able to get the software installed but once I try to open the software, the error messages you see below pop up at almost every instance of using it. Everything I try to do is returning a pop up about an invalid hash which may be a security risk, or errors about not being able to reach files in folders. Has anyone seen these issues before and were able to successfully resolve them? I have been searching google for 2 weeks now trying to find an answer and I am lost. I have not dealt with this software in anyway before. I did reach out to the company and I did not hear anything back.
