wolan Posted September 13, 2021 Share #1 Â Posted September 13, 2021 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I am pretty sure I had configured the camera so that, when using a manual lens, I could magnify the frame by using the thumbwheel. I prefer this method to the joystick magnification as it goes straight to 100% (or maybe more). However, I had to reset the camera and now I cannot get that working again. I have configured the setting "Wheel assignment(MF-lens)" to "Magnification (thumbwheel)-Exp Comp (frontwheel)". Indeed I can change the exposure compensation with the front wheel, but the thumb wheel is still not working (except I have already magnified with the joystick). Can please you help? Thanks. Advertisement Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Hi wolan, Take a look here How to configure the Sl2-s to magnify with the thumbwheel with MF lenses?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
wolan Posted September 19, 2021 Author Share #2  Posted September 19, 2021 I think I found the problem. The settings are actually correct, however it works only with the Leica M-L adapter, a non-Leica adapter apparently deactivates the feature. Why??  Thanks
