Ghost images on my Leica Q

Recently I've noticed that when I look through my Leica Q EVF some ghost images appear, specially if there is a bright source like a window. It even happens when I play back the image through the EVF, although it doesn't show on the LCD or in the final result. It is very disturbing while taking the photos and it just happened now after using the camera for more than 4 years. I've noticed it even when I change the ISO speed through the EVF, the settings show upside down at the bottom as a ghost image. Anyone here with a similar experience?

Apparently it might be a piece of glass or something that got displaced within the viewfinder.

Yes, I have had a similar experience, and I found that in my case, what was causing the upside-down ghost image in the bottom right was the screen protector I put on my EVF. 

after I removed it, it was fine again.

Took a photo with my phone of the evf when it had the screen protector attached. (“Ghosting” in the right bottom corner.)

 

Back screen show no ghosting.
