Peak Design anchors and Q2 lugs

That’s funny - I felt like the triangles provided too much movement.  And I don’t really love the sound of them moving around either.  Different strokes.

as someone with extensive experience putting thick things through tight spaces, and as both a q2 and pd owner, i can attest it can indeed be done. use dental floss to thread the leads, and then with a thumbtack push it through. i promise it works.

I have dozens of PD anchors and use the older ones with thinner material. I do my best to get the ends squished as small as I can and then push them though with a paperclip and it worked on my Q2 and Q2M.

I just recently upgraded my Q2 to the Q3 and struggled to get the Peak Design adapter through the eyelet. Thank you so much for the tip to use dental floss. This worked perfectly for me.

I use small O rings to which I connect the anchors. I like the flexibility of Peak Design straps, and I have one of these on order:

The dental floss "technique" worked for my Q2... you have to put a bit of muscle into it... !!!
