Leslie, Alexandria Posted August 27, 2021 Share #1 Posted August 27, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) I am not clear what the focus aid button on the front of the M10 monochrom is for; what does it do and how do you use it?
Advertisement Posted August 27, 2021 Posted August 27, 2021 Hi Leslie, Alexandria, Take a look here Focus aid button. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Keith (M) Posted August 27, 2021 Share #2 Posted August 27, 2021 For use in Live View mode (rear screen or EVF) to enlarge the scene to aid focus (using Focus Peaking if enabled). All is explained in the handbook .pdf file. You can choose to automatically activate 'Focus Aid' so that the enlarged view appears as soon as you start focussing, rather than having to press the button.
