Tripod Collar for Leica APO Elmarit-R 180Mm

Hello All, I am looking for a tripod collar for the APO Elmarit-R 180MM. The original one, STA-1, is hard to find and often at exorbitant prices if available. 

I am sure there must be a Canon or other third party tripod collar that fits this lens, I just don't know the exact inner diameter that I need to look for. Don't have an accurate way to measure the diameters of the lens barrel where the collar would attach, hence the question.

Any suggestions welcome.

The Canon removable collar is the same fit as the STA-1. I bought a cheaper version on the bay and it has worked just fine, first for my 80-200/4 and now on a Canon 70-200/4.

Some more recent ones have the Arca-Swiss foot grooves as well.

Thanks for the info! Is there a specific model as I see a few different ones by Canon for 70-200 F4.

The one I bought fit all SLR versions of the Canon 70-200 f4
