Orson Posted March 10, 2021 Share #1 Posted March 10, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was really looking out for the test of this camera.I was quite aware that post processing is limited and that high iso performance is very good. The first pictures I took today are incredible!A long time ago that a camera could give me pleasure of shooting! The IBIS is superbThe sharpness perception is wonderful, the tonal gradient is sophisticated. The first picture is a raw processed file (iso 50.000 , F8 , SS 0.3 s !! )The file give some noise but still acceptable. The second shot was a JPEG taken at random in a very dark living room where only the TV is on (Iso 12800 , F2,2 , SS 1/50 s) De AF , even in AF-C works without hesitation (help light on), knowing that no phase contrast is used Long time ago I was happy with a camera! Leica Guy Posted March 11, 2021 Share #2 Posted March 11, 2021 Orson, Glad you’re enjoying the Q2M. It’s a superb monochrome camera. I’m 99.9% certain that it does not have IBIS (Internal Body Image Stabilization). It does have OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) which works well. Enjoy. We look forward to seeing more images.
