Ko.Fe. Posted February 27, 2021 Share #2  Posted February 27, 2021 I just watched its version for m43 on YT. 10mm fisheye. Distortions... Last year I purchased used CV CS 21 F4 LTM for nearby price... Those fellas are on the right path. The only thing is missing, the variable aperture. MS-Optics needs some healthy competition.

I would choose f/8 all day

I'm capable of decent street shot @ 1.5-5.6.   Welcome, dear visitor! Less than $200... Would be an interesting choice for the 'One Month / One Lens / One Aperture' challenge! I hardly ever use my 21mm as it's (almost) too wide for my likes but for $200? I must have a look to see if they are available here... Philip. EDIT : OK, I've just had a look on the web and at the moment I could order one from the company for what turns out to be £139.77 Sterling and postage is free. If the price was £4.78 less (i.e. under £135.00) then there would be no added VAT nor Import Duty to pay. As it is there would be 20% added for VAT and another sum for duty. No big deal as it would still come out to be around £175 - £180 which is dirt cheap in Leicaworld but the Scotsman inside me can't help but wonder whether the asking price would drop just under the magic £135 figure if Dollar / Sterling exchange rates were to drop by a few percent? After all; from £135 to £175-ish represents a 30% cost-hike... Edited February 28, 2021 by pippy

ldhrads Posted March 28, 2021 Share #7  Posted March 28, 2021 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) So for less than $180 USD I took a flyer and picked up one of these. It's probably going to be a fun little walkabout lens for street fairs and etc. Unfortunately my first few pics were just around the house but I thought I'd share. There is clearly some vignetting, clearly some Italian Flag on the M10-P. I thought I'd manually set it for WATE @18/4.5 but that was not as good as 21/3.4 but there's got to be a better setting to clear up some of the color on the edges.  These are SOOC, haven't been touched.  I've included second pic in B&W for comparison, it's with the WATE @18/8. Pic of the kitchen. Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! cboy Posted March 30, 2021 Share #11 Â Posted March 30, 2021 I can imagine this would work nicely on crop sensor like the cl/tl. Itll remove some of the distortions and vignetting.

Hopefully 7artisans gets an idea on how to design a pancake lens
