Another MS-Optics lens I had the chance to have a closer look at thanks to a reader, the Perar 17mm 4.5.
This is the widest MS-Optics lens. Stopping down to f/11 or even f/16 is advisable and the distortion (here corrected) is very high and also wavy.

Yes, and the river Elbe is very wavy, indeed, not to speak of the Elphi...😜

The lens has pronounced vignetting and very unsharp corners wide open, but I don't mind to carry it anywhere and choosing subjects accordingly.

It is awkward, especially the aperture setting, but it is a lot of fun and really sharp in the center, already at f4.5.

Jpeg directly ooc, set to WATE's 16mm manually. And yes, it's  my right leg in the foreground.
