ualbertin Posted January 16, 2021 Share #1  Posted January 16, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) The floating iso mode in video is quite nice on the SL2 when panning across a wide latitude scene, say from light to dark. However, if instead you would like to keep a fixed iso to keep sensor noise constant, and try to let the aperture float while shooting in shutter-priority mode, there seems to be an unfortunate stutter in the exposure as the aperture changes from one fstop to the next. Is there a way to make the aperture float in a more continuous fashion? Of course the downside to this is type of shooting is a varying depth of field, but for the scene I was shooting, this was not that big an issue.
