If this has been already covered, I can't find it. I tried the search feature and found nothing.

I am having a problem with a Leica T camera. When connected to the fotos app I cannot adjust any of the parameter's of the camera. They appear greyed out. I am on the latest firmware, (1.9) which I had to install in order to connect it to the app. All I can do with the app is touch focus and shutter release.
The only parameter that can be changed is EV, but that doesn't work right either. It shows 3.0 no matter where the slider is set.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone which changed nothing.
I also have a CL body that works perfectly through the app. This eliminates the app as the problem. I have tried doing factory reset on the camera and used different lenses which all work fine on the CL.
I have attached some screen shots from my phone to show what I am talking about.
I really need the fotos app to work on this camera, as I use it almost always on a tripod and need the ability to remotely set and fire it.
Is there a setting somewhere that is preventing the app from working correctly?
I contacted the camera shop that I got the camera from and they told me to contact Leica Tech support, which I have.
I thought I might find an answer here also.

The latest T firmware 1.9 was implemented Jan, 2018, so I wouldn’t be shocked to hear that body not being fully up-to-date with all the app’s features supported on the TL2 or CL.

This article reads like it SHOULD work..
