Hi folks...after a lot of heartsearching, I've decided to move on from my Q2  , I've got heavily into film recently and have diversified with my M4-2 and summicrons   and a Nikon F4s for fast fps film....so impressed with the F4s I have ordered a D5...silly fast for sports and wildlife and will add a 500mm to the setup..... I still LOVE my M4 and for a wee bit of digital leicaness, I've a T and 18-56 which is surprisingly good!

I've stopped chasing megapixels....twenty's plenty and the Q2 was superb but I was cropping a lot so reluctantly sold it before it depreciates too much.

An M-L adapter lets me have fun with the 90 summicron on the T  but the machine-gun Nikons are for a completely different use!

so, Thank you everyone on the forum, I'm still about in the M film and T sections and I cannot thank everyone enough for their sage advice, critique and help.

Keep on shooting !

Hey, if it lets you try new areas of photography that are drawing you, then it’s a great choice. Enjoy the Nikons and the telephoto experience! The Q2 is a great camera, but it doesn’t cover every photographic need.
