Hi folks,

When I use the EVF in "Full Screen View" (#2 in image attached) the lower info bar is shown with ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture and Exposure when I half-press the shutter. How can I make this information always visible in the EVF? I find it hard to change the aperture/shutter speed while holding the shutter half-pressed to adjust my exposure (I shoot Manual).

Cannot find anything about this in the user manual.

If not possible is there a way to show only the lower info bar when info bars is ON? The upper info bar is only showing useless information and I find it confusing when composing my images.

Thanks,

Séb

That should not be possible as I understand it since the upper and lower bars are one component in this case but I would love it if I was proved wrong. The upper bar is just noise most of the time so a screen with only the lower bar would be great, if not now maybe in a future firmware upgrade...

I am not sure if there is an official channel for it, but I suspect that an email to the people at Customer Care in Wetzlar would be a good channel for it. They have people reading the emails and responding who truly care about the products and how they are used. One of the nice things about Leica...the CC team is composed of people who actually work there and can make things happen, as opposed to using subcontractors and low wage workers who have no real access to the technical team.
