Just bought an M-E with the sensor glass substuted by a third party lab that does it here in Italy since years with very good feedbacks, will keep you posted. Kolari is just too expensive and cumbersome for us Europeans due to customs.

They (Kolari) have a tech center in Slovakia without any customs. Question number one - the color after replacing the sensor. It changes and this stops me from repairing my m9p. I don't like the color after replacing, I think that instead of 3300 euros to replace the entire sensor, I just buy a used 907x 100c

Well if colors change I don't know, reportedly, at least that Italian shop has sourced the glass that they put in lieu of the corroding one according to the very same specs of the original, so there shouldn't be any color shift involved. For what I've seen so far, I pretty much like the colors coming out of the camera and they look "the real deal" to me, based on what I've seen on hundreds of pics on the web. Never heard about anyone complaining about color shifts after repair also. They charge Eur 950 for the service, not cheap but maybe worth to "save" a corroding M9,

Post more images! Always excited to see more M9 survived the disaster 😄

I'm still getting to grips with the camera (it's my first rangefinder after all) and the fact that I've discovered that my Voigtlander Nokton 75 F1.5 focuses slightly past infinity doesn't help either, but what I've nailed and has also shot with the other 28 F1.4 that I have, show the vibrant beautiful colors that one expects from the M9 plus the high degree of acutance typical of CCD sensors with no AA filter.

So while I don't have another M9 with an ID15/16 sensor to do a direct comparison, to it doesn't look that the glass substitution on my ID11 has in any way impaired the camera's imaging performance. Will surely post something as soon as I have something remotely worth to show 🙂
