This is what I got with daylight WB a week ago, when the smoke was just beginning to arrive (posted previously). It's supposed to clear out with the arrival of a storm system later today, but they've been peddling that line since Sunday. I'm beginning to suspect that the weather forecasting models haven't quite figured out how to account for the effect of a large mass of hot smoke. Back when I was their lawyer, I recall the NWS fire forecasters (the one who work on-site with the fire bosses to forecast wind shifts and the like) telling me that it was an entirely different game.
