Visoflex 020 & Typ 113 . Experience slowness

Hi all,

Im wondering what are others experience of the visoflex 020 with the Leica typ 113?

Having purchase it recently I seem to experience slow responsiveness with the typ113. It takes half a second to register and the evf to show. Is this normal? 

Depending on the use case, particularly for street photography, it can be terribly annoying. It feels like a pre shutter blackout. 

Can it possible to set it up so as to continously engage the evf so it doesnt turn off?

I ordered an ovf to not get this laggy experience

Its really disconcerting for rangefinder user imho..The blackout problem is primarily the reason i switched from slr
