Sorry guys, I'm having a senior moment and need help. How do you turn OFF the "touch" sensitive function on the Rear Screen. Since I last updated the firmware when I put my eye to the viewfinder my nose must touch the screen (I know I'm not short of length in the nose department) and I see the Menu as opposed to the scene I want to take. This didn't used to happen and so I can only assume either my nose has grown, or the camera reset with a firmware update. By the way, it's the original SL.

I have done a search on the forum but cannot find an answer.

Thanks for any help.

Tom, same issue here - On SL601 activate menu > Press Lower Right button twice  >  Customise Control > Scroll Down to 2nd page > Touch AF set to OFF

Best

Many thanks Mike, I'd looked at Customise Control but didn't scroll down to the second page. You've saved me a sleepless night.

Cheers

Tom
