Adam Bonn Posted July 18, 2020 Share #1 Posted July 18, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) I just wanted to run this by you all that have been shooting the M240 a lot longer than me. The SS dial became out of sync with the true shutter speed. For example 1/2000 on the dial was 1/3000 on the photo. This discrepancy appeared throughout the shutter speed range. I contacted the Leica store where I bought it (secondhand) and they advised me to make a reset in the menu. This seems to have fixed it (well it has fixed it. I just wonder for how long) Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a known issue with the camera? Thanks very much

Steve Ricoh Posted July 19, 2020 Share #2 Posted July 19, 2020 Fortunately not had this happen on my M240, but thanks for the heads-up on this.👍
Good To Be Retired Posted July 19, 2020 Share #3 Posted July 19, 2020 Not an issue I have seen previously, but a complete reset has been know to cure (permanently) a lot of poltelgueists-in-the-CPU issues I don't think I'd worry about it.
