When I had the original Leicaflex, many years ago, the battery cap scratched a second generation 90mm Elmarit with built in hood.  Just wasn't enough clearance for the wider aperture ring.  It's been a long time, but it's my recollection that the original Leicaflex battery cap will scratch most of the later lenses with built in hoods, the circa late 70's + lenses, but never tried a 60 on the Leicaflex.  Looking now at my early 80's 60mm comparing it to a 90 elemarit of the same generation; yeah, it looks like the Leicaflex will probably scratch the 60 too.  Now it's also my recollection that changing the batter cap on the original Leicaflex solves the problem.
