Hi I have a m10M and when using live view on the rear screen, random horizontal black or gray lines appear and disappear. It’s like the processor is having difficulty reading out data from the sensor.  Kind of like bad reception on an old TV.  Is anyone else experiencing this? The pics come out fine though.

I have yet to see anything like this.  In fact, I just got back from a long walk where I did some long exposures with my M10M.  I used live view extensively Nd cheeped through almost a full battery.  It got slightly warm,  up I saw no issues with the screen.  It sounds like you need to contact Leica support.

@Anakronox

Thanks, yes I have been seeing this with the level gauge turned on and off, and many other settings toggled on and off.  Unfortunately, It may be many months before Leica fixes it so I may have to live with the issue.  I also reset the camera and nothing happened.  I posted pics of this in Jono's review thread to see if anyone there found this issue, but no luck.

Does your live view every flutter or stutter, like the processor is trying too hard to process a live view with high iso?  Like in a dim setting with exposure simulation on "permanent" setting.  Here's a picture of the issue below too.

Sorry to hear that.  Everything with regards to shipping, service, and travel is unstable at the moment.

I have seen no such issues and I shoot my M10M a LOT.  I cap my ISO at 6400 though and don’t really like going above 3200 if I can avoid it.  I’ve left live view on for series of long exposures and see no screen flicker or lines.  I did notice when using the Visoflex 20 that my M10 gets a little warm, but so far not the M10M.  I may have a shoot coming up on Sunday and plan on using both extensively. I will also probably use the Visoflex/live view quite a bit too.  If I have any issues, I’ll report back in this thread.  Good luck with your repair.  If not too late, have you talked to your dealer about a replacement?
