nicci78 Posted May 4, 2020 Share #21 Posted May 4, 2020 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) It is correct. You get 176mm equivalent focal length with a crop factor of 6.3x with equivalent depth of field of f/11 Something like the size of iPhone sensor. Advertisement Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 Hi nicci78, Take a look here Q2 crop modes - are 50 and 75 really useable?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!

I am not sure I understand why you are looking for an image that was taken with 50mm or 75mm in-camera crop. Just take any full frame Q2 image on the web and crop it to the 50mm/75mm equivalent. There you go...print it in the desired size and judge if you had enough pixels. It comes down to the resolution of the lens and the chip, and they are both excellent on the Q2. So yes, you can crop to 50mm or 75mm equivalent. But I would rather do it in processing. The framing lines in the viewfinder get rather small and there is no point in trying to capture exactly a 50mm or 75mm equivalent.
