Leica Universal Polarising Filter 13356

Hi, 

A camera shop here is selling the 13356 at discounted price. Having check that only have 39mm and 46mm adapters but there are some pictures showing three including the 49mm adaptor when searched in Internet. Could anyone please advise the official goods should have three or two adapters.

I think that it is originally supplied with 2 adapters - E39 and E46. I bought a used one which had the E49 included but I think that its actually available additionally as are several others.
