Chuck Albertson Posted March 25, 2020 Share #2 Posted March 25, 2020 Not me. I simply bought a MM1 and now shoot them side-by-side. Mind you, I was tempted to do a swap after Kodak discontinued TMZ and I wanted a good available-darkness camera (which the MM1 is). But I hung on to the MP, and thankfully Kodak reintroduced TMZ.
Keith (M) Posted March 25, 2020 Share #3 Posted March 25, 2020 No, but a few weeks after buying my M10M I did decide that my MP (alc) would be wasted sitting on the shelf, so sent it to Red Dot for commission sale. Will use up my stock of 35mm b&w film in my M7 and then (probably) just use colour film in it. But there again...
Herr Barnack Posted March 25, 2020 Share #4 Posted March 25, 2020 (edited) I have thought off and on about selling my M-P 240 Safari kit to get an M10 Monochrom, if I could get a decent price out of it. Availability is still an issue with the M10M though so I'm not in any real hurry. I have pretty well settled on this as my plan: Keep the Safari kit, liquidate gear from my other interests/hobbies and camera kit I have recently inherited to fund the M10 Monochrom purchase. Anyone interested in a carbon fiber Necky Looksha IV 17 foot sea kayak? It's currently up for sale on ebay...
