northernlights Posted March 4, 2020 Share #1  Posted March 4, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I have found a lot of materials online and i just have not found the specific answer from posts in 2015 after SL was launched right through to multiple reviews of SL and M lenses.  My experience with the M240 and 35 Lux M at f1.4 under strong sunlight subject focused well and shot at about 3.5m is a very creamy bokeh with a very strong micro contrast resulting in a 3D pop out. I hope i can see this in the SL with M lenses. I am not going after SL with native SL lenses which i believe will achieve this.  Hence, i thought of rewording here very plainly: SL + 35 lux FLE vs M240 + 35 Lux FLE. F1.4 wide open. Will the same 3D look be achieved.
