Imagine-photo Posted February 8, 2020 Share #1 Â Posted February 8, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, does anyone have experience with zeiss lenses on the leica sl, focusing is fairly simple but if the focus peaking can work it would be even more convenient. the peaking works with the sl 50 1.4 with the zeiss otus or distagon not ... Thanks for the info
Advertisement Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Hi Imagine-photo, Take a look here focus peaking sl (type 601) Zeiss lenses. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Phil1066 Posted February 13, 2020 Share #2  Posted February 13, 2020 Ive used the 35 Distagon 1.4 with M to L Leica adapter and the 85 1.4 with a dumb Nikon to SL adapter. For me the best way to nail focus is to just press the joystick in and it zooms nicely.
Photoworks Posted February 14, 2020 Share #3 Â Posted February 14, 2020 do you have peaking set too HIGH? it should work with any lens . it always depends on your subject , if you have no contrast in your image, nothing will show up..
