Looking to see if Leica Q2 is any cheaper than usa at 4995.$ out of my price range.

No, she is not or i could find no cheaper place, LEICA i strict with pricing.
You may can try to ask for some Goodies but probably the dealship will tell you kindly something like "come back when you have the 5 grand"
Lurk for a used one, there was a guy here who was not satisfied so he may sell his Q2.
Get a aused Q, price for a good kept one should be 2500-3000 $

Used Q2s in USA are going for $4,000 - $4,400 in mint condition from private sellers.

Even some dealers can get you "demo" units for $4,400-$4,600 range with one year Leica warranty. I got such unit for $4,200 - pristine condition from a Leica authorized dealer. 

As for the Q (not Q2) $2,200 will get you one in good condition.

$2200 USD for a clean used Q is an awfully attractive price - that would be a good starting place for those who want a Q camera but are on a budget.

The price you see is the starting point, there is always room for negotiation. 

There are also smaller dealers that will be happy to give a deal if you call them.
