Keith (M) Posted February 2, 2020 Author Share #3 Posted February 2, 2020 Thank you for the comment I aim to achieve a 'flat' negative by e.g. metering Tri-X at ISO 200 and reducing dev time by 10 - 15%. Once dry I scan with my V700, import into LR CC and click the 'Auto' button. It is then a case of adjusting the sliders, generally add some 'Texture', maybe a touch of 'Clarity', sharpen as required and finally (not always) a modest vignette. Occasionally when not satisfied with what I can achieve in LR I might export to SEfexPro2 and try some of the presets. I rarely do anything in PS other than add a drop shadow and border.
