Make sure there is a click when mounting the lens, Leica or "dumb" lenses. Happens much more with non Leica lenses. I had a problem with a 7 Artisans lens that had a defective mount, they sent me a couple of mounts and the the propper screw driver for their screws in a very short time. The problem with the Chinese lenses is they have a massive sample variation.
