techpan Posted August 4, 2007 Share #1 Posted August 4, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I just wanted to let everyone know of the great service I have received from Leica through Robert Fisk. I had originally bought a M8 back in June which was sent in for calibration for back focus issues. I was informed by Robert that the focus had an issue that needed replacement. Robert quickly sent out a replacement M8. After a few days I discovered that the replacement M8 had green banding and was defective. I spoke to Robert and he quickly resolved the problem by sending out another unit which has been flawless. All my lenses were also sent in for 6 bit coding and calibration.
