Today, I went in our Cathedral to test the V-Lux in low light. I used ISO 3200 to 6400. 

I show some examples. The images are imported as RAW in Lightroom, then I put ALL Denoise to 0, details AND color. This is not a professional test, I only used a free day 😉

I think, 3200/400 are no problem. 6400 is marginal, but possible. After denoising you get also at 6400 ISO good pictures.

ISO 6400, consider, also the "Color Denise Level" is 0
