sincurves Posted April 5, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 5, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) I picked up a 2nd hand S 006 with a 30-90 yesterday 5-6 years after owning it for the first time. Still an awesome camera and a great travel combo in my opinion. Paying a fraction of what I did back then it makes you think what great value this version is at the moment. Now looking for a decent 120mm (and possibly 24mm) and I will be set for a while. Happy days!
Advertisement Posted April 5, 2019 Posted April 5, 2019 Hi sincurves, Take a look here S Typ 006 - still great. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Greg Haag Posted April 6, 2019 Share #2 Posted April 6, 2019 I just picked up one as well, I have the 24mm and the 120mm and other focal lengths in Hasselblad HC lenses. I could not agree more, a great camera regardless of the money, but especially great for the price.
darylgo Posted April 6, 2019 Share #3 Posted April 6, 2019 The lenses are too good to be as inexpensive as they are, it's a great time to pick up some bargains. Reminds me of the R system when prices plummeted. The IQ has always been great, and I'm starting to think Leica was correct in keeping 37MP for the S and 24MP for the M/SL, the lenses playing primary roll and MP secondary.
albertknappmd Posted April 6, 2019 Share #4 Posted April 6, 2019 once the S3 appears, expect 007 prices to drop accordingly and thus affording another great body at reasonable price! Albert 😀

Albert 😀 It's happening, Tamarkin currently has the 007 cheap, condition unknown. My S2 keeps going despite it's age and produces great images.
