Rag9fx Posted July 20, 2007 Share #1 Posted July 20, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) i picked up my new V-lux 1 the other week and brought it to Vegas ... I am still learning how to play around with it in 'manual' modes ... My GF lost my C-lux 1 whilst we were out there and i have to admit i miss it greatly especially its wide angle capabilities which the V-lux certainly doesn't have ... I am trying to think of a suitable replacement for it ... anyway... a picture i took of the MGM Grand taken with the V-lux . any comments positive or negative always apriciated ... I am here to learn. Rob
Advertisement Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 Hi Rag9fx, Take a look here MGM Grand Vegas. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Bavaricus Posted July 20, 2007 Share #2 Posted July 20, 2007 It's really GRAND. it's bursting the picture. Few steps back and i guess you would have had a better view. The wires are a bit disturbing too. Regards Reiner
Chuckcars Posted July 20, 2007 Share #3 Posted July 20, 2007 Doggone telephone wires, in Las Vegas it is sooooo difficult to get them out of the picture. I keep looking at the Lion and then the three bowls or whatever you call them - one of which is growing out of the lions head. You need to isolate one or the other as a subject. It is a very complicated scene.
